It Ain’t Right
Verse 1
I can’t believe it, girl
You’ve been making me sound like I was cynical
Desperate to push you out of my sleazy world
Which you openly claimed just wasn’t love
And you told your crew,
Exaggerating everything that you’ve been through
Getting every brainwashed soul just to side you
Tell me why’d you want to erase the truth
Chorus
Come on, girl, it ain’t right
Why’d you pretend it doesn’t matter
Stick to the truth, it ain’t right
When you try change the chapter
Since I’d walked away, walked away
Since I’d walked away, walked away
Verse 2
Almost everyday,
I’m checking your space and all you ever say
That you’ve fallen deeper for me since I went away.
Keeping track of me like I’m ever going to stay.
What this hypocrisy?
Changing stories whenever you get to talk about me
Acting on your space like this’ always meant to be.
Yet making a fuss for all to see.
Chorus

Thou Shall Be Named Jay
20:28
I had Jay, my 1st car. 1992 Toyota Celica ST 184 R Series last week. And damn he's awesome! Lol
(will put pics up soon)
Been alot busy with the car formalities and lab recently. Barely had time to even go online (have had no internet at all)
Oh well, nothing much has happened so its pretty much just a normal boring life. :P
:(
20:40 - Saturday, 22 May 2010
Every bit is exhausting me.
There are the good times,
When you can't be grateful enough
But there are the bad moments,
When you can't stop questioning,
Why does it have to be me?
I hate the turmoil you get in at the end of it all.
Why can't everything just be as it was?
Why does it seem as I am working for it?
It always worked out when I let it be.
I just want to step aside and be a spectator for once.
Never Give Up A Fight
20:32 - Thursday, 20 May 2010
"I used to dream about the life I am living now,
I know that there's no doubt I made it"
Amidst the angst, exhaustion and constant complains that honours is killing me, I realised something. I am still having the last laugh.
After years of being derided, of being stepped upon and being compared to others, guess what, I am a lot closer to my dream, and way beyond your expectations. At the crisp age of 20.
And this is just the start.
7 months from now, history phir se dohraayi jayegi.
"I am in this for the love of the game."
Housefull
22:20 - Tuesday, 11 May 2010
Loving the whole Housefull album. Awesome songs! Oh Girl, You're mine and Dhanno. Wow! Addicted. Watched the movie twice, and I wouldn't mind watching it for Riteish again. He's so good!
And I need to get back to where it stopped. Such a disappointment of having to start from scratch.

Oh Gym Shym Karle Ve,
Oh Slim Shim Bannle Ve Zorr Lagake
Discipline. A joke in my life that I rarely took seriously. But now that I am finally serious about it, I think someone has to start becoming more religious and pavithr. :P AND this also has to be the time, when exhaustion and insomnia loves paying me a visit. A very deterring combination against discipline. Trust me.
And I am finally back to swimming. Despite initial fears about forgetting how to swim or panic attacks over the depth of water (I have a major fear of deep waters), I finally managed to do about 20 laps, mostly in froggy style. Freestyle is still being mastered, slowly. "No one forgets how to swim" (Hema). Thank god for that. Yaar, izzat bacha ditti :P
By definition
19:00 - Saturday, 8 May 2010
Rocky bus rides + Hunger + Throbbing headache (I am now damn certain the link between hunger and headaches is in the genes) defines ILLNESS in jayroquilogy.
Kill me someone please.
20:19 - Wednesday, 5 May 2010
"The aim of life is no more to control the mind, but to develop it harmoniously; not to achieve salvation here after, but to make the best use of it here below; and not to realise truth, beauty and good only in contemplation, but also in the actual experience of daily life; social progress depends not upon the ennoblement of the few but on the enrichment of democracy; universal brotherhood can be achieved only when there is an equality of opportunity - of opportunity in the social, political and individual life."
--Bhagat Singh (prison diary, p. 124)
Things to do
19:42
It's now come to a point, when I need a solid reminder of what I have to do. Writing in the diary doesn't work, 'cause I don't really look at it. Phone alarms won't work because it's screwed. And I have such horrible memory, memorising it doesn't work either. Oh well.
All I am aware of, by June 18th latest, I need to get this stuff done:
- Fill up my lab book (by next Monday!)
- Poster presentation (back to FYP basics, wth)
- Seminar essay (2000 words! It's been ages since the last time I actually wrote an essay, 2 frigging thousand words. It's just crazy!)
- Stats assignment (I HATE THIS! I don't understand anything and I have to answer so many essay questions for something that would have very little impact on my life!)
And that on top of countless days of actual lab work (microtome, pcr, vegara vegara). . . I don't actually see myself getting a break until mid October.
Am I the only one who acts on plan B before acting on plan A? Seems like it. Bleah.
Predictability of Unproductiveness
22:25 - Tuesday, 4 May 2010
Another unproductive day ahead of me. Thanks.
It would have gone so well, if plans wouldn't have been cancelled. Now I will be stuck with nothing to do, staring at my computer screen while trying to summarise one research paper into a poster. I hate that stuff. I hate not having to do anything. It sucks. I feel so useless at times. Challenge me. I might rant, I might complain about it, but in the end when its accomplished, it feels good. And I haven't felt that in ages. And I mean, really, ages. I just wish, I'd have a good balance of work and play. Seems like there's too much play going on, but very little work.
AND THANKS, PEPSI, for adding so much caffeine, I can't sleep now.
